Local Accommodations

Preferential allocation of places to Southeast Region resident USCA members is needed to allow opportunity of regional representation at the USCA GC Nationals being played in Cashiers / Highlands, NC on May 16 – 22.  The criteria outlined provides nationals prequalification to the top four finishers in singles and the top two doubles teams in their respective flights to the 2022 USCA GC National Championship the following month.

USCA members wishing to play need to sign up onto the waitlist and the following process will be followed for allocating places.  Entry into the event will follow these guidelines:

February 15 – Event notice published.  Open for submission of entry application.  All players are to submit onto the waitlist for the event ASAP.  It is from this list that entries will be allocated.

February 20 – Allocation of spaces to Southeast Region resident USCA members on the waitlist with ranking DGrade above 1700 will be allocated spaces from the waitlist in order of DGrade ranking.

February 25 - Allocation of available spaces to Southeast Region resident USCA members will be taken from the wait list in order of receipt of the entry application (first come / date signed up basis).  USCA Members residing in the Southeast Region will have preference for entry until March 9th.

March 9 – Allocation of any remaining spaces to non-Southeast resident USCA members wishing to participate, taken from the wait list in order of receipt.

                                      Practice 2pm – 5 pm - Dataw Island, Dataw Club Road

                                      5.30pm Welcome Players Meeting Tides Edge Grill Room, Dataw Island Club

                                      6.30pm Dataw Pub (adjacent courts – Dutch treat / cash bar)

Thurs   April 21            8.30am Doubles (Knockout) Dataw CC/ Sun City CC/ Spring Island CC

Fri        April 22            8.30am Singles (Blocks) Dataw CC/ Sun City CC/ Spring Island CC

                                      7.00pm Tournament Dinner – Dataw - Tabby Room (Low Country Cuisine) / Cash Bar

Sat       April 23            8.30am Singles (Blocks) Dataw CC/ Sun City CC/ Spring Island CC

Sun      April 24            8.30am Singles FF KO Sun City (Quarters and Semi Finals / transfer to Dataw for final)
