Play will be in groups of eight with five eights. A wait list will be started with an allocation date of March 13 when players will be moved from the wait list to the registered list. Players will be notified via an email and will need to make payment in order to secure their spot. They will be chosen by order of grade with higher grades chosen first. The wait list will me maintain in the event of withdrawals.

Any cancellation made after the deadline will forfeit any fees made except in the case of injury or illness less a $25 handling fee. Should an event be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be made to participants.
