A wait list will be established to provide Western Region members priority for the event. An allocation date of August 19 has been set. After that date, players on the wait list will be moved to the registered list in order of grade with Western members having priority. If room is available after all Western members have been moved the remaining players will be accepted in order of grade. You do need to be logged in in order to register.

It will say event is full but it is not. That has to be done in order to create the wait list.

Tournament includes

Opening Reception - Wednesday Sept. 25th - King City Civic Association
Toast & Tally - Friday Sept. 27th - location TBD

Players will be on their own for lunch.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 12:01 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to the deadline will receive a credit to your account less a $25 handling charge. Any cancellation made after the deadline will forfeit any fees made except in the case of injury or illness less a $25 handling fee. Should an event be cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be made to participants.
